If you registered for Okta and forgot your password, go to nextwave.okta.com and click “Reset Password.” If you have not registered for Okta, or if you registered for Okta on a shared device/kiosk without registering your phone, reset your password by creating a ticket in HelpNow or contacting the Solution Center.
